Yoga Therapy – One Down Dog style – utilizes the philosophy and practice of yoga to facilitate healing mentally, physically and emotionally through the use of personalized treatment plans and self-exploration. Yoga Therapy is offered in private one-on-one sessions and small groups.  Each session is tailored to the individuals needs – think solution based therapy, mixed with a little movement, and a lot of growth and happiness!  Feel better, experience more sustained joy, live fully… One Down Dog at a time!
