In every end, there is a beginning. While we're sad to say so long to the OG ODD location on Sunset Blvd. in Silver Lake, we're thrilled to announce that the studio is moving to a gorgeous new space just down Hollywood Blvd. in East Hollywood. The new space was built with so much love, featuring many requests we've received from our ODDfam, like private bathrooms, a room where you can freshen up, lots of communal space, easy parking, and more!

Join us on Saturday, November 18th, for "the last SWEAT class," a celebratory flow with ODD founder, Jessica Rosen. We'll sweat to the good times, good folks, good vibes, and all the down dogs that have given life to the studio and have provided a safe space for the community to sweat, connect, and get to the heart of the practice and ourselves!

Some light housekeeping as you say Bye to Silver Lake and Hello to East Hollywood:

• There will be no other classes at Silver Lake on Saturday, November 18 – providing the community with much needed space to absorb the nutrients of our beloved studio and take them with us into the next chapter
• Classes in Silver Lake will continue until Tuesday, November 21, after which we will close for Thanksgiving
• We will share more East Hollywood opening information as soon as it becomes available, so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social!

Cost is donation-based with all proceeds benefitting the ODD Fund, assisting students with membership when finances may disrupt their practice.

When will the new East Hollywood location be open? 

Our tentative first day of classes is Monday, December 4, 2023. If this changes, you'll find the latest updates reflected on this page, on social media, and in our newsletter.

Where is the East Hollywood studio?

The address is 5531 Hollywood Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90028, and the front door is on Hollywood Blvd.

Will there be parking? 

YES! There are ample parking options, including dedicated spots and street parking in the neighborhood.

The entrance to the parking structure is on Western Ave – just put 1733 N Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90027 into your GPS! If you park on the top of the structure, go back down to street level and walk west on Hollywood Blvd toward Garfield Pl.

Bicycle parking is plentiful, too!

Is there public transportation?

The East Hollywood location is easily accessible via bus and Metro Rail. The Hollywood/Western Metro station is across the street. We recommend using Google Maps for trip planning and checking the LA Metro and Bus app for the most up-to-date route and stop changes.

When is the last class in Silver Lake?

ODD Founder, Jessica Rosen, will give our beloved studio a proper send-off with "the last SWEAT class" on Saturday, November 18th at 11 AM in Silver Lake. The current Silver Lake class schedule will continue through Tuesday, November 21, 2023, and we will close for Thanksgiving.

Will the class schedule in East Hollywood be the same as Silver Lake?

The schedule will experience some adjustments as we get acquainted with our new space and neighborhood, but we will keep it as similar as possible to the current Silver Lake schedule. Class schedule changes will be reflected on the website, Mindbody, and the One Down Dog app.

Does my membership work at all locations?

YES! All One Down Dog in-studio memberships will continue to work at all locations – even online!

But I live so close to Silverlake! What do I do?

The new East Hollywood location is just 1.7 miles from our Silver Lake studio! We understand that some of our students live within walking distance of the Silver Lake location and that driving in LA is about as fun as the dentist, but the easy parking and accessible public transportation in the area make it a breeze to get to. We know you'll fall hard for the new studio like we did, and you'll be excited to make the trip! Plus, there's always Echo Park if you live further east! Lots of opportunities to get down with us.
