I finished my first teacher training in 2010 and starting teaching right away. I am certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Kids Yoga, and have taken smaller trainings on everything from inversions to restorative. My favorite things about a good yoga class is feeling challenged, having learned something new, and a damn good savasana. Those are a few of the qualities I bring when I teach. Along with a sense of humor, and loads of permission to take child's pose.
