The human body is magnificent and my goal is to have you feeling that way about your own. We're all different shapes & sizes and on our own journey - which is rad, so let's explore that together. I love breathwork, mindfulness practices, and dancing chair. I'm a kill 'em with kindness kind of gal, so I'll gently warm you up/cool you down and push you to explore your limits, with a smile :)
What I love most about yoga is the way it creates space, space to breath, move, heal, grow and just be. It's given me the space to better understand myself so that I can make sense and connect to the world around me. ODD is my home away from home. Since I first walked through those doors in Silverlake I've since returned for my 200 Hr, ODDfit, Yin & Prenatal teacher trainings and also am ODD's Numbers Ninja. With a background in Finance, Accounting and Production I now get to bring my two passions for yoga and numbers together! When I’m not doing all things yoga, I’m outside - preferably on a surfboard, skateboard, or snowboard, depending on the season.
