Your class style: I am a wind and fire dominant person, so, my classes tend to err on the side of longer holds, grounding postures, inversions and balancing postures. Most of my classes, from sweaty flows to slow yin, are therapeutic in their sequencing and intent. I like to bring you back to balance in body and mind.
I have been teaching and training teachers with the Accessible Yoga Organization for the past four years. Our shared mission is to make yoga an accessible practice for anyone at any level of ability.
I am certified in Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Restorative/Yin Yoga, Accessible/Adaptive Yoga, Pre/Post Natal, Chair Yoga and Qi Gong, Meditation, and I am a Yoga Alliance certified continuing education provider (YACEP).
