Requirements:

• Certification in Mat Pilates.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with a proven ability to lead engaging and effective group classes.
• A strong ability to build connections with a packed room, creating an inclusive and motivating environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you're able to deliver clear instructions while keeping the energy high and students engaged.
• Flexibility with your schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• A reliable, professional demeanor that students and colleagues can count on.
