Join us for this donation-based #ODDgives class, led by Cindy Godell to support local Lahaina employees out of work from the devastating wildfires in Hawaii. Suggested donation of $5-$30.
What is FLOW?
Linking breath to movement, FLOW gets your body moving. This all-level class consists of challenging yoga flows set to incredible playlists. Each teacher brings their own flavor to this class – try them all and find what FLOWs with you.
All proceeds from this class will go to the Pacific'o on the Beach Employee Relief Fund.
