Who we are
At One Down Dog we care about yoga that makes you feel good! Our inspired yoga and fitness classes are led by experienced yoga instructors with diverse backgrounds and a commitment to meeting students where they are.

We believe in the importance of connection in all forms: connection with our community and environment, connection between what happens on the mat and off, and connection with the different parts of ourselves
Feeling Good
We believe that wellness is more about a feeling and less about aesthetics. ODD classes ask you to take an inner journey to move away from the “shoulds” and explore finding ease within the efforts of this practice.

Inspired Experiences
We pay attention to the details. Our classes include creative and unique sequencing, inspired messaging and intentional music guided by instructors who are authentic and stay true to who they are. We teach practical applications that can be used off of the mat to align your actions with your intentions.
