My Class Style:
My classes are a safe, supportive space where you can move in a way that feels good for your body. I strive to make every person feel seen, and I’m committed to meeting you exactly where you are—whether you’re advanced, brand-new, or working through an injury. My teaching is encouraging, fun, and rooted in strong form and mindful movement. Can’t wait to have you in class :)
I started Pilates in after being diagnosed with EDS (hypermobility). From my second session, I realized movement and pain didn’t have to go hand-in-hand, and I knew I wanted to share that feeling with others. After moving to NYC in 2013, I jumped into my 500hr comprehensive Balanced Body training while finishing my degree in psychology. I spent the next decade teaching all over the city. Over the years, I’ve expanded my toolbox with certifications in pre/postnatal Pilates, myofascial release, and nutrition, and I now co-write and co-run Pilates teacher-training programs that help new instructors grow their confidence and careers. In 2023, I moved to Los Angeles and have been having the best time building a community and laying in the sunshine.
