In addition to being a fitness and yoga instructor, I’m a dancer/voice actor/singer and outdoor explorer! I enjoy creating art, music, and adventuring out into the wilderness. As a teacher and practitioner, I love dipping my toes into all modalities and have extensive training in numerous styles of yoga and other somatic practices, including basic mat pilates, barre, TRX, Circuit/HIIT training, etc.
