Join us for a Community Hike at Griffith Park!

Yoga is about what you feel, not what you see. After a moderate uphill hike, we'll stop at the enchanting hillside "Amir's Garden" to explore creativity through feeling. Leave perfectionism at the bottom of the trail and uplift your emotions and senses by acknowledging your beautiful surroundings and translating how they make you feel into words, doodles, or paint strokes. When you look back at what you created, we hope that you remember and feel inspired by how you were feeling right at that moment. Bring your journals, sketchpads, writing implements, and other creative tools! We'll meet at Mineral Wells picnic area parking lot in Griffith Park.
