Tread lightly into the changing season with a Fall Equinox Walking Meditation around Echo Park Lake—an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, learn our histories, reflect, and get in right relationship with the land and each other. Rooted in Buddhist tradition, this meditative walk—led by Magnolia Yang Sao Yia—offers a soulful and sole-ful experience exploring the layered histories of the land we practice on: indigenous origins, immigrant roots, and the ongoing stories of resilience and change of this vibrant community. Together, we’ll honor the past, notice the present, and begin to move—mindfully and intentionally—toward a future of tending rather than taking.
