BIO: After moving to LA from New York, finding an in-person yoga community was at the top of my list. I really connected with the personable, welcoming and inclusive ethos of One Down Dog and am super stoked to be joining the ODD Fam! I came to yoga in college as a way to stay grounded and connected to my body, which has served me through all of life's ups and downs as well as in my work as an actor. I'm a big animal lover (yes please show me photos of your dog) and am always down to chat about books, your favorite music to dance to or just little life things!
