Odd Fact:
I was obsessed with riding the unicycle in middle school
My Class Style:
My classes are an invitation to come home to yourself through movement, breath, and awareness. Inspired by the idea that the body is a house we spend our whole lives living in, I encourage students to explore their bodies with curiosity, compassion, and care. Whether we're moving through a flow or settling into a slower practice, I offer thoughtful sequencing and intentional cues to support each student's unique experience. I ~love~ creating playlists that help shape the journey of the practice—from grounding and arriving at the beginning to moving, opening, and settling at the end. My hope is that you leave class feeling more connected to your body, your breath, and yourself!
I began practicing yoga in 2012 and completed my 200-hour teacher training in 2016, followed by my 300-hour training in 2026. As a first-generation immigrant, yoga became a way of returning home to myself—creating a deeper connection to my body, my breath, and my sense of belonging. My practice continues to shape how I move through the world and how I hold space for others. Off the mat, I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes in the wisdom of the body and the healing power of connection. When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me making playlists, watching Miyazaki films, or spending time in nature.
