BIO: I began my career in 2010 in NYC! I first obtained my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Sonic Yoga. Immediately afterward, I got certified as a personal trainer. After completing my training, I began to work with celebrity trainer Terri Walsh at her A.R.T. Method studio in SoHo. In 2013, I moved back to California to be closer to my family, and that's when my career took off! I’m honored to have worked for some of the leaders in the fitness and wellness industry like YogaWorks, Equinox, Flywheel, Center for Yoga…….and now One Down Dog!
I try to create a fun, safe space for students to not only work on their body, but also their mind! I am so excited to be here!
