Grounded, intuitive, playful. More of a work in than a work out but challenging enough to stay focused on the present.
Growing up with hippie parents in Central Texas, I have vague memories of yoga poses in the living room or on the school playground but it wasn’t until I was an adult, bouncing around different studios, that yoga found me exactly when I needed it. I vividly remember the first time I was in savasana and felt that overwhelming sense that I was taken care of, and I've been a student ever since.
Through this practice I've found a connection with myself, with community, and with spirituality that I never even knew I wanted. I did my 200hr training at ODD, have had so many meaningful experiences here and am stoked to be joining the long list of incredible teachers.
