I grew up dancing, then discovered yoga during my senior year of high school. I was immediately hooked by the interesting physical challenge. Over the years, though, I began to appreciate yoga's deeper benefits and earned my 200 hr training in 2013. I remain humbled by how every time I step onto the mat, it's a totally unique experience! Outside of yoga, I love horror movies, crossword puzzles, and playing hide and seek with my gorgeous son, Cappuccino. (He is technically a dog but also an elegant prince.)
