My Class Style:
I teach a flow style class based in traditional Hatha yoga techniques. Each class includes a strong focus on breath and alignment, moving slowly and thoughtfully, allowing students to feel and breathe into each pose. Expect an all-levels practice with a thoughtful and encouraging flow to inspire and challenge you from wherever you're at.
I am a 1000 hour certified Hatha yoga teacher, specializing in yoga, mantra, and Radical Self Care. I love yoga, and consider myself a lifelong student of the science. As a teacher, I am inspired by the slowness and stillness to be found within the practice, and the opportunity to see a little more clearly. Over the years I have been on a journey towards rest, finding an ability for ease, and the knowledge that comes from that space. My classes and offerings center around radical care: both self and community. I'm new to LA after spending nearly two decades in NYC, and I'm loving it!
