At the heart of Eagle Rock is our second studio, nestled between and convenient to Glendale, Glassell Park, Highland Park and Pasadena, the middle child that we love oh-so-much. Our signature ODD graffiti marks the spot and you’ll find a friendly staff member ready to greet you at the end of a long hallway. If a place could make an expression, our Eagle Rock studio would constantly smile.
This is your space. Relax on the pillow-filled lounging bench in the lobby, read in the quiet nook next to the hallway, or shop the carefully selected retail. With welcoming and cozy vibes, this location is a great match for the neighborhood.

Find us nestled amongst coffee shops and restaurants on Eagle Rock’s main drag. Metered parking is available on Colorado Blvd and in the lot directly behind the studio. Be sure to pay– they ticket quickly. There is also free parking available on Merton and Casper.
Eagle Rock FAQ
Do I need to pre-register for class?
Pre-registration is highly recommended for all classes. To sign in for class, you can scan your One Down Dog key tag or give your name to desk staff when you arrive.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive fashionably EARLY! We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes in advance of class.
What should I wear?
Wear comfy clothing that you can move easily in, remove your shoes prior to entering the studio. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or strong scents.
What do I need to bring?
If you have a yoga mat, bring it and maybe a towel and water too. If you don’t have these items, no biggie. We have rental mats available for $4 and mats, towels, and water bottles available for purchase.
Where can I put my belongings?
We have cubbies in the lobby just for you! The yoga room is a “No Phone Zone,” please put your cell phone in a cubby on silent.
What are the amenities?
We have two unisex restrooms as well one large changing room.
What is the late policy?
There is no late entry for students once class begins. Late arrival is considered a late cancellation.
What is the class cancellation policy?
Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice will result in a $15 charge for anyone on an Intro Special or Unlimited Membership or a class will be deducted if you have a class package. If you can’t make it to class, be sure to cancel the reservation within 3 hours on our website, the app, or give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you out! This allows students on the waitlist to get into class.
What is the waitlist policy?
Should class sell out, we will have 5 waitlist spots available, our system will text or email you to let you know if a spot has opened up.
What is the minimum age to take class?
Kids 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in class. 16+ may attend on their own with parental consent. Kids under 12 are welcome to attend our Kids Yoga classes. We are not responsible for your children and are unable to watch them while you practice.
Are dogs allowed?
Although we love your fur babies, we aren’t able to accommodate them at the studio. We are not responsible for your dogs and are unable to watch them while you practice. We cannot allow dogs into the yoga room.
Is there public transportation?
The Eagle Rock location is easily accessible via bus. We recommend using Google Maps for trip planning and checking the LA Metro and Bus app for the most up-to-date route and stop changes.

This 90-min workshop will explore yoga postures, breathing exercises, and review labor prep from the perspective of a birth doula. Partners will learn hands on techniques that can be used to support mama during pregnancy and childbirth.
