There’s no single “right” way to do a pose—what matters is listening to your body, avoiding pain, and choosing the version that helps you feel steady and strong.
Modifications, props, rest, and curiosity are always welcome. If you’re ever unsure, our teachers are there to offer thoughtful suggestions so you can practice safely and confidently, exactly where you are.
