How to Access Online Yoga & Fitness Classes

Our online class schedule is packed! You can now stream your favorite ODD classes LIVE everyday. If you haven't tried our online classes yet, follow these 5 easy steps to get started:

Find us in the app store! If you’ve been to our studios before, log in using your email on file. You can also book classes at onedowndog.com/online-studio.

If you’re new, create an account.

In the app, select our Silverlake location to see the full schedule and class descriptions.

Registration window closes 30 minutes before class starts. Classes are Pacific Standard Time. If you are in another time zone, you may need to register further ahead of time.

Existing autopay memberships and packages apply towards online classes. We are incredibly grateful for your continued support of our small business as we navigate these unprecedented events. Unlimited Autopay Members will receive FREE online workshops as an added perk and thank you during this time.

Not a member? Your first online class is only $5!Drop-in classes range from $10-$15, pay what you can to support our brick and mortar studios and dedicated yoga teachers through this time.

Weekly or monthly UNLIMITED memberships available-- take as many classes as you like!

Check your email 15 mins before class starts for the ZOOM link to join class.

When you enter class, you may choose to have your camera on so other students and the teacher see you, or turn your camera off for a more private experience. You'll also receive a link to a custom Spotify playlist created by the teacher. Choose to play our music or play your own!
