Prenatal partner yoga workshop
Partner Yoga is a fun and physical way to explore and cultivate support, deeper mutual trust, and connection. There is no better time to do that than while awaiting the arrival of your baby!
This workshop will explore yoga postures, breathing exercises, and review labor prep from the perspective of a birth doula. Partners will learn hands-on techniques that can be used to support mama during pregnancy and childbirth.
No prior experience with yoga is necessary. This workshop is open to all trimesters. If your partner can't come, bring along a friend, family member, or doula!
Led by Kim, The Yogi Doula!
Kim is a prenatal yoga teacher and birth and postpartum doula. She finds great joy in witnessing the amazing and intimate journey of bringing a child into this world and the way it can strengthen and deepen the bond between two humans.
Where: At our Eagle Rock studio location
When: Sunday June 5th, 2022 from 12:15pm-1:45pm
Cost: $50 per 2 person pair ($42.50 for Unlimited Members)
