Echo Park Location Coordinator

We’re on the lookout for a vibrant, engaging, and sales-savvy individual to lead our Echo Park studio with passion and purpose. The Location Coordinator is the heart of the studio – creating a welcoming space, driving membership growth, and keeping daily operations running seamlessly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-first, high-vibe environment and isn’t afraid to ask for the sale.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the Echo Park studio with charisma, confidence, and compassion
• Drive sales and membership growth through authentic engagement and strategy.
• Deliver exceptional student experiences from the first “hello” to long-term retention.
• Represent the studio in the neighborhood, building strong local partnerships and visibility.

You’re Our Person If You…

• Bring 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally in a service or wellness setting, and can talk specifics: how consistently you hit your numbers, close rates, and commissions earned
• Actually enjoy the ask. You're not afraid of "would you like to sign up today?"
• Communicate like a pro – you’re a clear, warm, and motivating presence.
• Love problem-solving and can keep your cool while juggling a sales conversation and a busy front desk.
• Have flexible availability – including evenings and weekends.
• Have used Momence, Walla, Mindbody, or similar platforms and aren’t afraid of a little tech.

Pay is hourly + commission and quarterly bonuses. Benefits include unlimited classes, healthcare, 401k, and more.
