You're already a great teacher!
This module is to help you freshen up your teaching skills with a focus on powerful theming, thoughtful adjustments, and smart cues.
This individual module is also part of our 300-hour teacher training program and is open to those who have completed a 200 hour teacher training.
Dates & Weekend Topics
- January 6-8: Social Justice led by Courtney Sauls
- January 20-22: Vinyasa Workshop - Verbal & Hands On Adjustments led by Courtney Sauls and Niki Saccareccia
- February 3-5: Vinyasa Workshop - Refining Cues & Sequencing with Purpose led by Courtney Sauls and Niki Saccareccia
Timing & Location
Fridays from 6 to 8pm (either in person or online depending on what each teacher thinks is best for that weekend)
Saturdays & Sundays from 9am to 6pm (in person at One Down Dog, studio is TBD)
ODD TT alum save 10%
