Aug 4-6: Restorative Yoga
Aug 18-20: Pranayama, Meditation
Sept 8-10: Tantra, Sanskrit, Ayurveda
Sept 29-Oct 1: Chakras, Energetic Anatomy & The Subtle Body
Oct 12-15: Bhakti & Chanting
Oct 19-22: Social Justice, Thoughtful Integration of Philosophy, & Trauma Informed Yoga
Nov 3-5: Vinyasa Workshop: Verbal & Hands On Adjustments + Teaching Advanced Asana
Nov 9-12: Vinyasa Workshop: Refining Cues & Sequencing with Purpose

You’ll walk away from this training empowered to weave thoughtful philosophy into your classes and teach to the bodies in the room.
