This weekend will offer you a more in-depth look at the full History of Yoga and Samkhya Philosophy, refresh you on Padas 1 and 2 of The Yoga Sutras while focusing on Padas 3 and 4.
Join Nish Selvalingham to dive into a deep study of The Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads - two of the great yogic texts. To know these texts is also to have some conTEXT :), so we will also discuss yoga history, additional darshanas (like Tantra), and more.
Join Sam Akers, (C-IATY, E-RYT500, MFRT, Certified Mindfulness Teacher/Trainer) for another signature training that combines the foundations of mindfulness with a look into what compassion is and what it is not.
Join Courtney Sauls for this weekend training on incorporating the principles of yoga into your daily life.
Fridays 6 to 8pm in person or online
Saturdays & Sundays 9am to 6pm (in person at one of our Los Angeles studio locations - TBD)
