Inversions are one of our favorite ways to boost confidence, gain a new perspective, and have fun.
Join Steven Arcos on the mat to learn the basics of flipping upside down and holding yourself up in inversions. Build the foundation necessary to get your hands down, feet up. Core engagement, belly laughs, upper body strength and lots of love will be flowing in this workshop. Are you down to be upside down?

Find our Echo Park studio at the edge of Historic Filipinotown and Downtown LA. This warm and airy space was custom designed with you in mind, featuring exposed brick walls, vaulted wooden beams, solid wood floors, an abundance of plants, and high windows that open to a breeze.
