Yoga is so much more than the physical body.
In this module we’ll dive into the exploration of subtle body and chakras. The study of the subtle body helps take experiences from physical shapes to experiences in your whole being— so that we can integrate body, breath, and imagination. This module will help to infuse your practice and teaching with energy & life force.
This weekend is open to those who have completed a 200 hour teacher training.
