My classes are fun and playful - I love to keep the students engaged and smiling!
I was born in California, grew up in the Philippines and am back living in California. I love the sunshine. My earliest memory of practicing yoga was at a Surf, Yoga, and Samba retreat in a beautiful island back home in the Philippines. I became an active member of my local flow arts community, of which yoga was a very big part. I’m also an actress, former preschool teacher, and I used to be a performer for kids’ events. I found One Down Dog (and ultimately, my yoga practice renewed) at a time I needed it the most. I finished my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with ODD in 2015 and I'm also a certified Kids' Yoga Teacher! Yoga brings me joy and that's what I aspire to bring to my students.
