I am a choreographer, performer, and facilitator living in Los Angeles. My classes include somatic practice, yoga, mindfulness technique, and contemporary dance. I am a certified meditation instructor and seek to integrate the principles of mindfulness into my classes, creating brave spaces that center curiosity, exploration, and vulnerability.
My yoga offerings are musically driven, accessible, activating, imaginative, and (hopefully) fun! My goal is to leave students feeling refreshed, inspired, and centered.
