I love to flow through simple and accessible sequencing with breath. I will seek to help you find that balance of effort and ease while encouraging you to do what feels good in your body. I hope to help you find places to amp up energy, as well as places to let go of tension and stress. Things you can count on are mess ups from me, good tunes, a laugh, and of course, a twerk sesh.
Hi I'm Lani (like Annie with an L in front)! I think my "spark" or reason I'm here is because I love helping other people feel GOOD. I found yoga in my college town in Iowa and deepened that love in LA as a student at One Down Dog. I was one-fifth of the first ever 200-hour intensive teacher training at ODD! I love that yoga is a practice for both your mind and body; and there's always a message to carry with you off the mat. In addition to teaching yoga, I'm an actor, sketch-comedian and improvisor. I think my love of performing, dancing, helping others, and not taking life too seriously makes for a fun, fulfilling, and energetic yoga class. I also love me some Ru Paul's Drag Race and Dodger baseball!
