This training is primarily for those who have completed a 200-hour program and are looking to deepen their studies; however, many of the weekend trainings and workshops are open to those who are not working toward 300-hour certification, but still seeking knowledge about yoga philosophy, subtle body, asana, and anatomy. Our philosophy-driven 300-hour training aims to help you gain a more thorough understanding of the different aspects of yoga.

This scholarship is for the BIPOC community in Los Angeles and can be applied to One Down Dog’s 300-Hr Teacher Training 2023. Deadline is June 1st, 2023.
