Advanced 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Now enrolling for individual weekend trainings, full modules, and community workshops.
This training is primarily for those who have completed a 200-hour program and are looking to deepen their studies; however, many of the weekend trainings and workshops are open to those who are not working toward 300-hour certification, but still seeking knowledge about yoga philosophy, subtle body, asana, and anatomy. Our philosophy-driven 300-hour training aims to help you gain a more thorough understanding of the different aspects of yoga.

Yoga Teacher Mentorship
The full program includes a mentorship with lead teachers, Courtney and Niki, who will be there to support you for the entire 6 months, it includes:
- 4 mentorship sessions – 1 for each module
- 4 sixty minute feedback classes with mentor
- Mentor-assigned homework
- They will be available to answer your questions and support you throughout the training
