Traditional English Tea, but make it cozy and educational! The first 45 minutes of this 90-minute workshop will feature an informational tasting and treat pairing hosted by our East Hollywood location coordinator (and aspiring herbalist), Meagan Culberson. Learn about the unique tea origins, tasting notes, and health benefits of our Teatulia teas – and maybe get some holiday shopping done, too! The second half will be a foundational intro to Yoga Nidra or "Enlightened Sleep" led by Natalie Burtney.
