EDUCATIONAL WEEKEND: Refining Cues & Sequencing with Purpose
As yoga teachers, how do we inspire? This weekend is an exploration of the yoga teacher language. We'll examine the goal of what we are teaching (within the physical, subtle, and spiritual bodies) and how to best express that goal with the unique circumstances given in a private or group setting.
It is so easy to fall into verbal patterns and recycle the same cues over and over again. In this training weekend, we will work on breaking repetitive speaking patterns and picking cues with intention so we are in clear and inspired communication with our students.
We will focus on alignment cues with Niki and theming cues with Courtney. This weekend will leave you with more structure, attention to detail, freedom, inspiration, and heart in your cueing!

- April 27, Saturday - Zoom from 9am - noon, Echo Park from 1-6pm
