What is a FLOW class?
Linking breath to movement, FLOW gets that body moving. This all-level class consists of challenging and playful yoga flows set to incredible playlists.

"My mom always pushed me to go to yoga with her when I was in high school, but I was incredibly stubborn and never went, wish I would have listened then! I grew up as an athlete - I played soccer, softball, and was a cheerleader. I didn't think yoga was for me. I took my first yoga class as a college elective, but I didn't start practicing regularly until after school."
