Yoga is liberation and freedom for all beings. This weekend, we will delve into the ways we can empower ourselves and our students to ultimately deepen connection with Universal Consciousness.
What to expect:
• An understanding of DEI principles, how they inherently show up in yoga philosophy, and how to apply them to our teaching
• Theming around social justice issues

About Courtney:
Courtney is 500 hr certified and uses her depth of knowledge to offer students soulful, mindful, creative flows and silly antics to challenge and comfort the yogi from the inside out. Read more >>
Dates:
- Friday, March 8 - Zoom from 6-9pm
- Saturday, March 9 - Zoom from 9am -noon, Echo Park from 1-6pm
- Sunday, March 10 - Echo Park from 9-12pm with Sarit, 12-5pm with Courtney
