My background is in dance, so I enjoy a really FLOWY sequence that breaks the rules and allows students to explore movement in a new way. Seeing my students grow stronger and more aware of their bodies brings me great joy. Expect an emphasis on anatomy and alignment, good music, laughter, and self inquiry!
I'm a southern girl through and through, so when I'm excited or passionate my southern accent will pop out and surprise us both! I came to Yoga after college, when I moved back home and needed something to stay active, but I fell in love with how my nervous system responded. Yoga has helped me understand myself better and is my favorite tool for regulating my emotions. When I'm not practicing, you can find me exploring new coffee shops or baking at home!
