This 6-week course is a deep dive into understanding who you are, what you want, and how to make it happen! Since 2015, Make Awesome Happen has led to new businesses, lifelong friendships, and significant life achievements. We’re excited to bring this course online to open it up to more students in 2021!

Utilizing yoga philosophy, positive psychology, goal-setting tools, and more, One Down Dog founder Jessica Rosen will help you uncover what gets in your way, clarify your goals and identify tools to make them a reality.

What to Expect:

  • Weekly 90-Minute Educational Sessions via Zoom 
    In these interactive sessions, we’ll be discussing, plotting, unpacking, and exploring tools to make your wildest dreams come true and sustain them!
  • Weekly Prompts and Exercises
  • Bonus Resources
    An online chat group via WhatsApp, a Google spreadsheet for sharing resources, and a network of cheerleaders so you don’t have to do it alone.

Meet Jessica (and Patrick!)

While completing my MA in Clinical Psychology at the Michigan School of Professional Psychology in 2005, I began a yoga practice that completely changed my life. After years of being told it was impossible, I opened One Down Dog in 2013. I learned some things about making awesome happen through the process, and I can’t wait to share those things with YOU!


Course Outline:

Sessions will take place Wednesdays, 5:30-7pm (Pacific Time) via Zoom.
Classes will be recorded, so if you miss one, no problem!
