#ODDlight: Kat is Back!

Jun 21st, 2021 Abbigail #ODDlight, Practice

Kat Greene is back! She took some time off for her full-time job, but we can't get enough of each other. Come check out Kat's strong and awesome classes.

"I'm a 200-hour EYT with experience teaching hatha and vinyasa flow with a special focus on beginners, athletes and anyone who might think of themselves as 'not that into yoga'. I found yoga when I was recovering from a running injury, and it's been a part of my life ever since. I'm passionate about the practice as a tool for helping you find the power you have inside yourself.

In my classes, I'll always challenge you to explore movement--and stillness!--that suits your body in that moment. I've been an Angeleno most of the time since 2013, and I've also lived in Atlanta, New York, Phoenix, and a lot of other places in the U.S."

Pronouns: she/her

Hometown: Kennesaw, GA

Class style: "I teach a flow-based class stemming from alignment-oriented styles of yoga, with an emphasis on learning tools you can use in any yoga class or other movement modality. Expect a lot of instruction, some dumb jokes, and a little chaos."

Take Kat's class in Silverlake! Check the schedule >>
