This is a long post... because there is SO much to learn from the time pregnancy begins into the next chapter of postpartum you. With anything major in life- it's best to have a team, support system, and resources by your side. Joana Allis - Trained as a prenatal yoga instructor and postpartum doula. 
"As a postpartum doula, I offer postpartum prep during pregnancy; support groups for pregnant and postpartum people; education and workshops around birth and postpartum and in-person or virtual postpartum support (newborn care, resourcing, recovery support, emotional support, overall household and family well-being)."
