Join us for a special Christmas Day FLOW led by ODD founder Jessica Rosen—the only class she teaches all year—celebrating connection, generosity, and the spirit of the season.

Miry’s List—accidentally founded by an ODD student and longtime friend of Jessica—is a nonprofit that helps newly arrived refugee families navigate the challenges of resettlement in the U.S. Through initiatives like their annual Afghan Friendsgiving, they’ve transformed countless lives, and we’re honored to support their mission.

This year, registration is via regular membership or class packs, with the option to make an additional donation to Miry’s List via Venmo @onedowndog or cash at the desk on the day of class. We know 2025 has been full of causes and needs, so we’re keeping it simple while still giving you the opportunity to support this incredible work.
