Our Fave Pregnancy + Postpartum Resources

This is a long post… because there is SO much to learn from the time pregnancy begins into the next chapter of postpartum you. With anything major in life- it’s best to have a team, support system, and resources by your side. Below are resources for pregnancy and postpartum – instagram accounts, One Down Dog teachers, and upcoming events for perinatal care.

Coming Up at One Down Dog

Online 6 Week Postpartum Series – 3/30 – 5/4 – Meeting in Motherhood: Community, Yoga, and Postpartum Support with Shana Kale & Joana Allis (For financial assistance, please email hello@onedowndog.com)

Online Prenatal Teacher Training with Kim Ritley – 4/30 – 5/2 – Based on the idea that pregnancy is not an injury, this training aims to dispel some of the fear surrounding the very normal processes of pregnancy and birth. Let’s ask the question “How can they do the pose?” rather than “What poses can’t they do?”.
