Sound baths are one of our favorite ways to meditate, reduce stress, and melt tension.
Unwind Sunday evening with this 90-minute sound bath experience where you’ll be guided to a state of relaxation while bathed in the healing sounds of crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, and chimes.
Using crystal alchemy bowls and percussion instruments, including a gong tuned to the frequencies of the moon, Joycie Weatherby will lead you through a sound meditation to help you to drop in and receive.

At the heart of Eagle Rock is our second studio, the middle child that we love oh-so-much. Our signature ODD graffiti marks the spot and you’ll find a friendly staff member ready to greet you at the end of a long hallway. About Our Sound Healer, Joycie
In addition to receiving her 200-hr yoga teacher training from One Down Dog, Joycie Weatherby is a Reiki Master, Crystalline Core Healing practitioner and teacher, and sound healer.
