WORKSHOP: Soundbath
One of our favorite ways to meditate, reduce stress, and melt tension, this 75-minute sound bath may be more experience than workshop, but by regularly tuning inward and bathing in the vibrations of the chakras, you'll be guided to an increasingly more effective state of relaxation with each passing month. Using crystal bowls, chimes, and a gong tuned to the frequencies of Venus, Dylan Wallace will guide you through this sonic meditation to help you drop and receive.
