My Class Style:
I teach vinyasa style yoga, which uses the breath and the body to get out of your head and into this moment. That same breath will reconnect you to your truest self and divine purpose! I am passionate about therapeutic and restorative yoga too.

I am passionate about yoga and building community. I believe that yoga is for everyone, we all need to reconnect with our breath, bodies, and our authentic sense of purpose in this world. I dabbled in yoga for years on and off until I found myself so stressed and emotionally tangled that I HAD to do something, I went back to yoga. I remember a deep sense of letting go and unwinding moment by moment. This profound change inspired me to take a yoga teacher training to learn more, my whole life changed. Yoga is my bliss and sharing it is my dharma (my authentic purpose in this life)! When I am not practicing or teaching yoga I enjoy gardening, cooking, going to the farmer's markets, traveling, wine tasting with my girlfriends, among many other things!
