I did my 200 hour training at Om Yoga Center in NYC in 2006. I am certified in Restorative, Yin, Kids Yoga, and have 150 hours of Anusara training as well as 100 hours of Anatomy with Amy Matthews. I love coffee, hiking, FOOD, my family, great friends, books, sunshine, and plants.
My earliest memories are of riding my big wheel down the sidewalk and drinking a bottle at the same time. Needless to say, I’ve always been a mover! I studied dance for most of my life and started yoga as a teenager. When I moved to NYC in 2002, yoga became an essential way for me to survive the intensity of city life and find my equilibrium. My favorite thing is sharing the art and science of yoga with others!
