California has been home since I was a teen, but I’ve packed up and left twice to work in Istanbul and western China for a year each. My yoga practice started out of necessity, as an avid runner, I started practicing to simply stretch. Since completing my 200hr in 2015, I’ve continued to teach Vinyasa, Yin/Restore, and a 26 & 2 heated style. I like to have fun and feel good. I love dogs, fried chicken sandwiches, and running by any body of water.
