Plan For Your First Visit

Give yourself time

Pre-register for class, arrive fashionably EARLY (15 min), and stay for the after-party. Be sure to check in with the desk and plan to stay for the entire class.

What to wear

Wear comfy clothing that you can move easily in, remove your shoes prior to entering the studio and bring all valuables inside with you. Cubbies are available in the yoga room. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or strong scents.

What to bring

If you have a yoga mat, bring it and maybe a towel and water too. If you don’t have these items, no biggie. We have plenty of quality, clean rental mats available for $4 and mats, towels, and water bottles available for purchase.

This practice is wifi free! We want all of YOU during class, so leave the technological distractions in your bag and make sure it’s on silent.

REGISTRATION

Pre-registration is required for all classes and the cutoff is 15 minutes before class starts.

Should class sell out, we will have 5 waitlist spots available, our system will text or email you to let you know if a spot has opened up.

To sign in for class, you will scan your One Down Dog key tag or give your name to desk staff when your arrive to check-in for your pre-registered class

CLASS CANCELLATION DEADLINES

To allow as many students as possible with limited capacity, we are strictly enforcing our cancellation policy to 3 hours before class starts or you will be assessed a late cancel fee of $15 for unlimited members or the deduction of 1 class.

LATE ARRIVAL

There is no late entry for students once class begins. Late arrival is considered a late cancellation and will be assessed a fee of $15.

Safety Measures

AIR FILTRATION

Our HVAC system has been updated with multiple layers of increased air sanitation and clean airflow! We’ve increased the fresh air flow being pulled in through our HVAC system and delivered into the studios and we will keep the fan running at all times during class to ensure maximum airflow and filtration.

All of our HVAC filters have been upgraded to Merv-13 filters: Following recommendations from CDC and The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, we’ve installed MERV 13 filters into all of our air returns. MERV 13 filters are the highest-rated filters, structured to capture airborne viruses as well as bacteria, allergens, mold, and pollens.

In addition to our HVAC system, we have Enviroklenz air purifiers in our lobby and yoga rooms. The EnviroKlenz Air Cartridge utilizing UVC lamps and has been independently tested and proven to remove 99.9% of viruses and bacteria.

Our windows have been upgraded to operable windows to ensure maximum airflow in our yoga rooms – fresh air is the best air!

DEEP CLEANING PROCESS

We have added additional time between classes for the proper disinfection of our studio space. Every high touchpoint in the practice room and lobby/bathrooms will be disinfected with EPA registered hospital grade disinfectant between each class.

We also utilize a fogger machine to spray EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectant throughout our studio space. The fogging treatment eliminates odor, mold, dust mites and kills 99.999% of bacteria, germs, cold, and flu viruses, these include but are not limited to: SARS Coronavirus.

Our studios are also professionally deep cleaned weekly.

If you have a cough, fever, or any symptoms of Covid-19, please stay home and enjoy our online or on-demand classes.

Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable

All class package expiration dates are listed and enforced

Membership changes/cancellations require 30 days written notice. Contact us here.

DOGS AND SMALL HUMANS

Although both are very cute and we love your furry and human kiddos, we aren’t able to accommodate them at the studio.

Kids 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in class

16+ may attend on their own with parental consent

Kids under 12 are welcome to attend kids yoga

We are not responsible for your kids/dogs and are unable to watch them while you practice

We cannot allow dogs into the yoga room
