We're kicking off community hike season with a twist! Join Natalie to celebrate the start of Spring with a jaunty journey around Griffith Park Trail #1 and closing savasana and meditation. Along the way, you'll be able to scoop up "hidden" gift cards for a free intro special [$79 value], sound bath [$50 value], and more from some of our favorite local businesses, like Couplet Coffee, Bravo Toast, and Not Another Pottery Studio! They'll be on or near the path, so you won't have to dive into bushes or anything like that, and, if you join us on social the week before, you'll know exactly where to look ;)
This hike will be led by One Down Dog Teacher, Natalie Burtney, at 10:00am on Thursday, March 20th.
Location:Griffith Park Trail #1 [Meet at the Merry-Go-Round Parking Lot] ~ half loop
This hiking meet-up is open to everyone, please pre-register so we know you're joining! We'll email pre-registered attendees with reminders about the time, location, what to bring, and how to find hiding spots on social.
