When times are difficult, it's easy to push ourselves until we're running on fumes, but this cliché is a cliché because it's 100% true – we cannot pour from an empty cup! On our 12th anniversary, we're offering a free FLOW open to all. That's it! Join one of our most popular Sunday morning classes to refill your cup and celebrate our little milestone.
